Hi!
My name is Petter Larsen, I was born in 1960, and I am living just outside Oslo, Norway. I am working as an IT consultant, and astronomy has always been one of my (too many) interests. Other interests include playing music (oboe, clarinet and piano), cars (most of all british sports cars), genealogy, wine (with the noble-sweet ones as favourites), reading, travelling and spending time with good friends...

1) Because SETI is one of the most exciting activities undertaken by humanity so far....
2) The project seems to be an enourmous success. Unfortunately I can not tell if we are looking for the right stuff within the right dimensions...
3) Widen up the scope of the search according to the growing computing power. |
