I am a resident of Morgantown, WV. I was born in Beckley WV in 1968. I am a graduate of West Virginia University, a USMC (active duty) and USN (reserve) veteran. Since 1997 I have worked for Mylan Laboratories, Inc. Before that, I spent 7 years working for the Eastern Region of Kinko's Graphics Corporation.
I am a Mac OS and UNIX user by choice, and a PC/Microsoft user when required. I am a Comic Collector, Miniature Wargamer, Roleplayer, Computer Gamer, Sci-Fi fan, and Trekkie (TOS,TAS,TNG,DS9,VOY,ENT, I hate the term Trekker.) I am a fan of all things ET and expect there to be some signs of life out there somewhere. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I believe that there are intelligent species other than on earth and that due to the vastness of space we may never locate them. A beacon is a good idea but many of our transmissions are radiating out from our planet now. Why pay for something else? I run seti at home because I believe that we may one day find some one out there and my little computers at home and work just might help. |
