MY name is Leo Blake and i live and work in bradford uk.I work as an operating department practioner[team leader] in bradford royal infirmary.My hobbies include astromony and ive participated in seti before[now seti classic] with 308 units completed[over 6000 hrs cpu time]Got a faster computer now so ive joined the boinc programme.im 49 yrs old.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
i run seti because we have to start somewhere and its extremely arrogant to think we are alone.some civilisation somewhere must have reached the stage in tecnology to be transmitting using radio waves and hopefully we will eventually pick this up.i wonder how many "people" on other worlds are running their version of seti right now?
