Hi to all, I am female & I live in Australia, in the state of victoria. Capital city Melbourne. I live near the Dandenong ranges & it is a lovely spot. I love to learn about the universe & also unexplained events & objects that appear in the heavens & also on the earth. I find subjects fascinating on Time travel, Parallel universes, NDE'S, physcic phenomenon & spirituality. I love to play the piano, paint pictures, write short essays on various topics & quotes, writing poetry & stuff to make one think, gardening & mixing with people,listening to music. I also like watching Star trek (old ones) & the newer ones such as the new generation & voyager etc.
I work with in an Aide Organsitation which is trying to eliminate poverty in the third world, & also trying to teach the western world to be more giving & less judgemental. I have a loving partner & step-daughter & two loving four legged terries who are simply beautiful. I hope that I can contribute to making my little dot on the huge scale of things a little better for all who inhabit there.

I do think that there is other life existing on other planets. We are very arrogant a species if we truly believe that we are the only living beings in the Universe. There are millions of planets in millions of galaxies so for me the possibilities are enormous. There are many benefits & dangers but to start analyzing them is preamtures as untill they are found the problems are to extensive to speculate upon. I do feel that we should try & find these other beings for there is much to learn & even though we will not be traveling around the stars as does (star trek) our future generations will probably be doing so.
Therefor to send information now is good. We should certainly send information on various things, above all for peace to abide on our planet & for peace within the Universe. That should be of paramount importance. Seeing that we don't know if they converse the same way as us or even understand any of our languages, doing this will probably be an adventure all in itself. I run seti@home because if I can contribute in any way to finding new life then I will have achieved something in my life that had I been living in any other lifetime I would not have been able to so.I believe that there is much more to the Universe than we will ever know. Therefor lets keep learning & looking & enjoy the adventure ! Keep up the good work !
