| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. YES! extraterrestrial life exists...We would be idiots to think that out of infinite space...we could be the ONLY life forms.
2. I think we should transmit beacons, but with the actual amount of time it would take to possibly reach others, I think this will benefit future generations to come.
3. I run SETI@home for the mere enjoyment of thinking I may be the one who got to find the communication. I find the project very interesting (beyond my scope of understanding, though) so, I'll just continue to download, upload, download, upload etc etc. No suggestions |
