we live on the hill on the west side amd boy is the view nice at night, somtimes i bring out my telescope and look up at the stars, and think... is there someone looking back? are we alone? I hope not... its a awfully big universe to be anone in.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Ohhh yeah ,..there has to be life out there, we cant be the only ones,if we were that would be a total waste of space!
yes I'm sure we'll find ET life one day, its programs like Seti@Home and other volunteers willing to search endless piles of data that will do it, its a numbers game.

Yeah, a becon should be put in lunar orbit and made to transmit a set greeting and invitation to vist us , the way I look at it we have been trasmiting high power signals in all directions for Decades now and its just a mater of time before somone hears us, better to send out a invitation and not look so serprised when thay say hello.

I run seti@home on my two computers here in palmdale out of my house, I just want to help in anyway I can, I want to be part of the great search.
I think the benefits of concact outweigh the investment we make, of our time and resources totaly!
