| Well, what is there to say about myself? I'm 18, a student at Hagerstown Community College, and I love to play the Baldur's Gate computer games. I believe very strongly in the fact that we are not alone and that The Roswell Incident did indeed happen. I believe this because based on newspaper accounts of the inital report, they said there was a UFO, but then the military took it back, which can leave people to believe that it's a cover up. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I think that extraterrestrial life does exist. I beleive that humans will/have discover it, it is only a matter of time. The possible benefits may be leaps in technological marvel that would have taken generations to complete, and dangers may be colonization (although high unlikely).
I believe humans should transmit a beacon that basically says that we are looking for other life out there that can communicate with us.
I run SETI@home because I want to help in the search. My views is that with enough people, this can become a very big project. My suggetions include possibly some sort of compensation for participation. If this is done, it may attract more people to the SETI@home project. |
