Personal background
Hi, I'm Brian. You really don't want to know my age, occupation, hobbies, or anything else. You really could care less. No, no, that's ok. You don't have to pretend to be interested. I mean, really, why should you care? You have no idea who I am. I'm just a username and some stats. So who cares, really? Lord knows, I don't. So that's me, Brian. Oh, and visit my TEAM: Brian website. Why visit TEAM: Brian? I don't know, it might kill five or ten minutes if you are bored. If you are still bored, read my own, personal opinions about the last movie I watched (those are called movie reviews.)

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Why do I run SETI@Home? I don't know. Why not? If people are willing to give of themselves in order to try to find alien radio signals, which the volunteers at SETI do, and they ask me for some help, well, it is the least I can do. Anyway, I'd like to find an alien radio signal. All the ones on Earth suck. Clear Channel owns all of them. Maybe the aliens have a classic rock station that I can listen to, because all the ones in Austin went from ok to lame really quickly.
