I live in Edmonton Canada and work in the Information Technology area for a Utility company. My wife (Joy) and my self enjoy running Ultramarathons together. We have done 16 Ultramarathons ranging from 50km (31 miles) to 180km (111 miles). It took 24 hours to run the 180km. Our friends and children think we are crazy to be running these long distances.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. When I run through the night in a 100 mile Ultramarathon and look up at the stars, I can't help but think there has to be other intelligent life. I hope I can contribute in a postive way to this project.
