| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I run Seti At Home because it keeps my PCs busy and warms the house up in the miserable British Winter.
It would be amazing if Seti found proof that something else out there has reached a technological level where they make a noise in space. In reality I think the distance and time involved in signals reaching us make it unlikely we will get that amazing experience in my lifetime - but what if .......
For that reason - my equipment is hot !
