I am a 65-year-old book index writer who also happens to be a Quaker.
My hobbies are thinking, reading, enjoying movies, reading, and knitting.
I run SETI@home because I very much applaud the distributed computing concept.
Although it's nearly as daunting to find intelligent life on earth, I am as open to locating exterrestrial life as finding that this is the only "intelligent" lifeform planet.
I would like to be able to guess where my work units are in my night ski from the SETI@home MapView. Right now, I recognize some names but can't relate to what's out my window.
