I have always been interested in the sciences and with SETI@home I am able to contribute if only a small part at least something towards the advancement of science. I encourage everyone in my family especially my children to explore a role in science. I am a Laser Process Engineering Manager. Highlights of my background include design, targeted modification and repair of many types of laser and automation related systems. Now if I could only get my computers to "crunch" faster I would be a happy seti camper.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
To some other "Living Planet" WE would be the extraterrestrial life form,
would you want them not to believe in us?
We should send out an apology for being so arrogant as to believe we are the only intelligent life form in the universe.
