Personal background
I am a 48 year old Cafe Manager at Balladonia Hotel-Motel and Caravan Park (population 10), on the remote Nullarbor Plain, 909km east of Perth (Western Australia) and 1818km west of Adelaide (South Australia).

Balladonia's main claim to fame is that it was Crash Base 20 years ago when the USA satellite SKYLAB crashed nearby.

My home page gets about 2000 'hits' a day as I write a Daily Diary. Hey - those people must have less of a life than I do.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I am sure extraterresrial life exists. The question is: Do they really want to contact US ?

I run SETI@home on a Pentium 3 1.07gHz computer, with 512mb of RAM, continuously and I have completed 50 work units to date.
