LOOKING FOR WORK

I am an experienced Senior/Principal level Software Engineer currently looking for a direct position on embedded real-time and other development projects within the Boston MA area or relocation to elsewhere in the Northeastern USA.

Experienced Sr./Principal Software Engineer in various applications, especially embedded real-time systems and device drivers, on a number of platforms, including Power PC, IBM PC, Motorola 68K, IBM Mainframe, and a variety of other platforms using a variety of languages, primarily C , C, and assembly. Performed requirements analysis, software and hardware system design, detailed software design, development, unit testing, integration, hardware and software trouble-shooting using various debuggers, IDEs and HW/SW tools including Tornado, VxWorks, pSOS , Linux, UNIX, Visual C , Visual Age, UML, logic & protocol analyzers, version control systems. Filled the "holes" in many projects. Talent for complex design and troubleshooting problems. Productivity enhancements earned me the name "Utility Man".

Best to email information to LelandHamilton@yahoo.com, or call at home 508-321-1025 and identify yourself (calls are usually screened) or leave a message. I would appreciate long distance callers leaving a toll free number or sending an email.

Remember that all submittals by agencies must be registered and cleared with me in order to avoid submissions by multiple agencies for the same position. Agencies that fail to do this are not authorized to represent me.
