I enjoy living in South Florida (near Ft. Lauderdale) with my wife Betty. The kids have all grown and moved away (we have 4 between us.)
I have been involved with computers in one way or another since the early 1970s and predate the internet. I used to run a public BBS with messaging and games. After I stopped, I turned the computing power I had on my private network of computers to helping the search for extra terestrials.
My other hobbies include music (guitars, electric and acoustic), photography, and science fiction reading. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

ET must be out there, as I cannot see life as totally unique to this small planet on the edge of one galaxy. All I can say is that they have some kind of prime directive preventing their contacting us until we evolve past killing ourselves over such petty matters as gathering the most wealth or how to praise the supreme being.
Meanwhile, I am honored to join in with my fellows and search for clues to the existance of others in the universe. |
