Personal background
well...I was born in 1979, which makes me 22 years old. Im currently workning with computers in almost every possible way. I repair them, sell them, and build them.

I have used computers in almost my entire life, so I guess thats why Im working with them today. I just dont know anything else :)

I live in the north of Sweden, and yes...Its very cold here during the winter, which makes a really good overclocking enviorment =)

I dont really know what im about to do with my life, maybe I start to study or something...
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
It would be very strange if extraterrestial life didnt exist. So i guess i believe it does. I dont think we will discover "them" more likley will they show thierself to us when they think we are ready for it.

The most common danger would be the enviromental problems if we get our hands on a new kind of technology that might not be "clean". The first benefit I think of is the possability to see more of the universe.

I hardly think its nessecary to transit a beacon, civilisations abowe us should alreday know about our existance.

The reason why im using Seti is to help gathering evidence that says "were not alone". To convinse myself and the rest of the population.
