Why do you run SETI@home?
I think humans should look for signals, even if it proves there
are none out there. A positive discovery would hopefully make
us realize we are all similar, in the grand scheme of things.
Thoughts about ETI
I believe some other forms of life exist. There might not
be intelligent forms as we think of ourselves. I suspect
any we do meet will be wildly different from us in form,
biochemistry, and thought.
