I teach basic computer studies in a prison in England. My favourite hobby is motor racing - I am a keen marshal as well.
My interest in SETI stems from a fascinaiton with the stars from a very early age, and I have often pondered???? I love Star Trek and all those scifi programmes. |

I do believe there must be some form of intelligent life out there. It is a really big place after all and it is very arrogant of us to think we're the only ones (that phrase is only true of Tiggers ;0)
Anything we can do to attract attention is a good thing, although obviously I hope whoever comes is friendly - Vulcans yes (especially T'Pol), Klingons, Romulans and Cardassians please stay away!
SETI is a fantastic project both in idealology (?) and in the concept of this enormous super worldwide computer. WOW! fantastic! |
