| Hello, I'm from Cleveland, Tennessee, USA. I'm a 52 year old physician with a life-long interest in astronomy. I have been using McIntosh computers since 1993. My wife and I enjoy hiking in the local mountains, bear watching and admiring the flora. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| SETI@home has given me a small way to be connected to the larger world of astronomy, without any effort. I sometimes think that if we do connect with ETI, the larger view of our place in the universe may bring the people of the world together for our common good, hopefully better than our many failed religions have so far. |
