Profile: Jimmy McKeever

Personal background
Musician, writer, audio engineer...world traveler....lately stuck in Los Angeles...in the 1950's I wanted to be a scientist and I had every conceivable chemistry set created by man; even my own lab adjacent to my room complete with beakers, glass tubing and bunsen burner....all my friends were geeks...then in 1958 I started playing the drums....well music stuck but my love for science never dwindled....
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I've always been a dreamer, while there is the distinct chance that humankind might be a fluke of the universe, I tend to believe that the odds of another earth-like planet with evolved conciousness is plausible....if so, why not more highly advanced.
Would they be Roman-like or Hun-like....maybe God-like...and maybe curiousity will upset the cat!!!!
