David is an energetic teacher with a natural affinity towards technological innovation. 


Over the past ten years David has acquired a broad range of experience in traditional training and education, website development and particularly in e-learning and is currently a candidate for a Masters in Distance Education
Degree.  
David has managed the implementation of Human Resource Information Systems and web based training resource systems for the telecom, pharmaceutical, banking, legal and government sectors. In a more traditional role, he has produced training programs, provided direct training
services and developed technical manuals. David managed the website development for the Adult & Continuing Education Department of the Halton Board of Education.  He was also instrumental in establishing the Humber College/TLI
website as Canada’s leading training resource serving IT and telecom professionals.  Most recently he was responsible for web-based eLearning prototyping, design and development at Importal Systems Inc.
He has expertise in the assessment and development of learning strategies that model both andragogical and pedagogical theory. He founded ACE Webmasters, a group of adult educators dedicated to setting up a site on the internet for the provision of Ontario government approved high school courses. He is a Board Member of the Peel Adult Learning Centre and Past Chair of the Ontario Institute for Information and Communications Technology Mediated Learning.
