Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Well... does extraterrestrial life exist? who knows? not me. But, if there weren't any kind of life out there... what an enormous amount of unused space...
The fact is that space attract us... it is the "last frontier".
Humans feel themselves alone in the universe. If a "civilisated" civilisation would send such an amount of electomagnetic waste toward space like us... it would even be really dificult to discover it through SETI because the amount of space to hear at is huge and the frecuencies used ( if they use this kind of comunication ) could also very wide. It's like a quest. Will we be lucky at it? who knows... but he must try it, at least.
