| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I definetely believe that there is something out there. The question is not if, bu when contact between our races occur. I believe that these life forms will be very inteligent and will have known we existed for many years. I think that conflict will ensue because they would not know our language, and vice versa. I also think that humans should not send out a beacon to announce our existance. Higher life forms may respond and attack us for our resources. I run SETI@Home because i believe that I am making a contribution to the world with my efforts.
