Born and raise in New York, actually south shore Long Island. Moved to NC in 1980 and then to Florida, and now in the Atlanta area.
Bought my first PC in 1990 and got into IT around 2000. Worked for IBM for years as a contractor and then last year finally got a real job. Also, I work pt for UPS at the regional airport as a Ramp Supervisor.
Have 4 children and 2 grandchildren (yea I'm old).
Plan on retireing to SC where the wife and I have some land on a lake. Until then, looking for intelligent life out there, since it kinda tough sometimes to find it on this rock! |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I've been running SETI since 1999 on and off,but really have been adding PCs in the last couple of years. Running 5 at home and a couple at work. I've always been fasinated by space and the possibility of life out there. Grew up watching Star Trek, yes I'm a trekie, and try to keep current on Space science and technology. I kinda look at SETI as a kind of lottery, there is life out there and it's a matter of time before someone finds it! |
