I'm an older-than-I-realized computer geek from Saskatoon. I work at the University of Saskatchewan in the Computer Science Department. I like to read comic books and novels, with my preference being the Sci-Fi genre, and I wish that I had more time to do that these days.

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| Ever since I was a kid I've harboured fantasies about travelling to places far from the Earth, and meeting strange and exotic creatures with far different view points than those that I held. So far, I haven't made it out of Saskatchewan physically, but by donating my spare cycles to this project, I can continue to hope that one day, my fantasies might become realities. |
