| I'm 20, and studying at Lyndon State College, VT to become a Meteorologist. I have 2 computers. A dual 1.9Ghz AMD with 512mb DDR of ram and 240gigs of HD space (most of it used!). The second computer is a 2.6Ghz Intel celeron with 1gig DDR of ram also with 240 gigs of HD space (again mostly used). With these 2 computers I can run 5 seti sessions at once and leave them running 24/7 with out interupting programs, movies, music, etc. Even running photoshop, it doesnt slow down (for my dual AMDs). It also never over-heats since I have a liquid cooling system. |
