I'm 21 and from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I enjoy reading, singing, and being a cyber geek, and what better way to be a geek that search for extraterrestrial intelligence in my free computer time. :)

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

Of course it does!! We would be silly to think that with all the stars and galaxies that earth is the only one that had the magic formula of life created on it! Humans probably already have discovered it. Unfortunatly, I dont think people of todays mind sets would be able to handle the information. Mass chasos would result because no one would know what to think or beleive. People would loose the ability to 'continue in thier mind numbing jobs as one of the sheep'. They would realize that there is more to life than a cubicle and a photocopier, and start living again. Or Maybe Not... :)
I run this because maybe I will be the one to find the spark that changes the entire world. Or Maybe i will just help in the endless search for answers.
