Personal background
1969, My year of birth and yes the year of Woodstock, and equally important the 1st man on the moon.
Together with my wife and her 2 wonderfull children I nowadays live in the beautiful village of Sassenheim in the middle of the famous Keukenhof/flowerbulb area.
Currently I am working as a Business Process Architect for a music-copywrite organisation.
I first came in contact with the SETI@HOME-PROJECT in 2001.
I am a happy cruncher for the fantastic cruncher community SETI@NETHERLANDS (www.seti.nl)
Crunching away, crunching away, crunching away, crunching away, crunching away.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
ABSOLUTELY, there is life out there, thats a fact for me.
Benefits or threats, is hard to tell. We shall see when the time comes.
I believe that time to come in the next 100 years.
Ofcourse there allready have been secret encounters on a small scale. If you don't believe me, take a look at my picture.
This was the result of a collision between me and an unknown alien, while skiing on the high slopes of the Spanish Pyrenees.
Why I run SETI@home? Well I've got quite an impatient nature, I don't like waiting for a 100 years.

Happy crunching to all ya SETI-fans out there!
