| I’m a transplanted Texan working in Northern England, trying to keep warm. My work in Information Systems Security is also a main interest of mine. I know, I know, my wife also thinks it’s sad. But, a guy has to have something to do in his spare time and with his spare CPU cycles. Other interests I have include cars, motorcycles, fingerpickin’ an acoustic guitar, and spending time with my family, but not necessarily in that order. |

Yes, I believe there is ET life out there; I’ve seen Star Wars and watched the Star Trek series (several times). I think they haven’t yet contacted us because: 1) They don’t understand the Budweiser TV commercials, 2) They are waiting for Worf to take command of the Enterprise, 3) They are waiting for ISO OSI to take off.
I’m not so sure about trying to contact them. Think about what would happen to the job market.
