It's time we got a little further out.
SETI is a brilliant way to involve everyone and rekindle the interest in science and progress that is needed if we are to continue.
The neoLuddites and bureaucrats are very good at stifling innovation and creativity and any spark of difference. What is the next Ansari X prize?
