My name is Tim and I am full-time member of the Air National Guard here in Hawaii. I deal mainly with communication systems and fun stuff like that. I moved from California in 1989.
There is lots of cool stuff to do here. I most like scuba diving and flying small planes. I also collect Disneyland stuff and metal lunchboxes.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
The question of extraterrestrial life is interesting. I want to make sure I can do my part for the the search.
I do think we too should send a beacon consisting of at least our location.
I run SETI@home because it gives me an chance to provide some resources to the project ( since I don't have the brains to contribute smarts, nor the money to contribute cash ).
