Personal background
Hello World!

I am a 44 year old disabled person that hates retelling about myself, so here's my blog's About Me page that tells the details.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
My Brief History of using SETI@home
Around the year 2001, I first started the SETI@home project when I was still living in North Seattle, Washington, USA. I was only a casual user and ran it, off and on, until early 2004.

Some event happened to me in which I lost all of my credentials for my first SETI@home account, so I had to create a new SETI@home account in March 2004.

Why I run SETI@home
Ever since I was a young child (between 1976 and 1983, I think), I always had interest in Arecibo Observatory and radio telescopes. I was only 10 years old (1980) when I first heard of SERENDIP, then again I was a "Navy Brat". Though people thought I was insane to believe in SETI, I had to keep my interests hidden from society over the years.

My Suggestions for SETI@home
I would like to be able to run SETI@home on my headless ARM-based Debian Linux devices, BeagleBone Black and Raspberry Pi. (Headless means "No monitor, No keyboard, No Mouse".) I would like to also run SETI@home on my Apple iBook G4, also running Debian Linux, but now in headless mode.
