I think that extraterrestrial life does exist, but I'm not really sure of when humans wil discover it, or if indeed it will discover us. I think the benefits would have to depend on what kind of lifeforms we discover out there. If we attract some kind of itelligent life, then it is possible that they may be more advanced than us and we may learn a lot from them.
I'm running SETI@home to help in the discovery of life from other planets. |
