While whether or not I believe there is extraterrestrial life varies depending on how I'm feeling when you ask, I think that it would be a mistake to just _not_ bother looking for it, on the off chance that it might not exist. There is obviously more to the universe than humanity can currently comprehend, and I'm all for feeling like I'm doing my little part.
Plus, it just sounds cool to be able to say that I'm a part of SETI@home. |
