1. Yes, but not anywhere near. Possibly humans will never find ET lifeforms, but we have to keep looking! It could be scary of course, if the ET turn out to be violent or malevolent toward mankind. At the same time it will be an enormous opportunity for us to open our minds and learn from others. Just imagine the possibilities!
2. No. You never know what they might interpret as hostile intent. It's just too dangerous.
3. It's exciting and as a Star Trek fan, I can't stay behind. :) Live long and support SETI! |
