Profile: Crazy Phil

Personal background
Jack of all trades...Master of none...Good at most!
Born: July 8 1956 in New Castle, Indiana.I am a land surveyor currently residing at Long. 86*52'52" - Lat. 40*25'22", I spent 4 years in Marine Corps, then another 20 in the Indiana Army National Guard. I have always been a "stargazer" with the hope being around when we finally find other life that surely must exist in the vastness of our universe. I am currently using a Meade Polaris 114EQ-D telescope to explore the night skies. I hope one day to be able to be using something much larger. LONG DAYS AND PLEASANT NIGHTS!
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Yes I do believe that there is bound to be life out "there" somewhere.
Hopefully we shall discover the proof before I leave this plane of exsistance.

We have been transmiting some signals(TV-radio) for some time, but sending a specific signal would be ok with me. Surely any form of life that would recieve such a signal would not percieve us as a threat. That is until they see how we treat our fellow man sometimes.

I want to help and be part of the possible confirmation of other life in the universe.SETI should be given help from NASA and all other organizations with an interest in space exploration.
