Hay I’am Thorsten, I'm living in the Netherlands. My job is to fix mainboards of Abit on component nivo. I Have many hobby’s like to see my daughter grow to a beautiful woman, PC’s and specialy the hardware and on-line gaming. I’m a real die hard gamer…can’t live without it. Music is also my hobby, not only listen to music but a little composer work on my pc too. My PC is running almost 24hours a day only for Seti. Also normaly 2 lazy PC’s on my work sweats now for many weeks for Seti. A good PC is a PC that must work and sweat. But the most interesting hobby I have is everything that has to do with the universe. I watch the sky every night and wonder why are we so alone in a very big universe for this moment. And i wanna say that i'm proud to be a member of the best team in the world wich is SETI@Netherlands!

Seti? For me is the best project in human history. I hope that seti may go on with the research for many years. It’s not only to find ET but we learn and learn so much when we only listen in the sky. Does Extraterrestrial Intelligence exist? Of course! It’s impossible that we are alone in a very big universe. What life out there does exist? It’s only a question but if it does exist, in what life form it would be? There is life and we can’t denie it. When will we discover Extraterrestrial Intelligence? Nobody knows but one day we will meet them or they meet us that is a fact and no sceince fiction! It’s amazing how much the human knows and can accomplish, but humankind knows so little about the universe. We think that we are the smart one’s? Maybe we are, but not smart enough to understand what we see with the hubble or with earthtelescopes. In time we will learn and understand what we have seen, it’s Just a matter of time. At least we are on the good way.
If you believe in Extraterrestrial Intelligence or not, just believe it…….you are not alone!
