Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I do think that E.T.'s exist the universe is far to vast for us to be the only intellegent form of life. I think more than likely humans will discover life on another world in the next 20-30 years and that it will be the other life form seeking us out. Some of the possible benefits could be new technology and medical techniques that could save millions of lives, and open up endless possibilities. Or the bad side of it could mean that they don't have such good intentions and start some type of conflict.
Yes I think we should. It should contain basic information about our civilization and how we live.
I run this program because I feel that I may be able to help in the effort to find life out there and that it is in a small way a helpfull contribution. I think the project is a very worth while cause.
