Always the optimist, there HAS to be something out there better than the mess we have created for ourselves! Cannot belive we are surrounded by bugger all.
I think we should transmit something. But i DONT think that something should be decided by ANYBODY connected with politics or the military (therein lies the danger), who tend to be paranoid self serving tossers at best. Of course we may find something just as bad staring back at us but shit man, thats life.
I run seti because i think its worth it, and lets face it, most people own boxes they dont even tax.Why waste the processor power! The project is cool and i'm glad to contribute my little piece of it. |
