Personal background
I've been running Seti at Home since the end of 1999, maybe i started just after the visitor came here.
I had seen an article about it in a magazine, and i thought it sounded interesting.

It started off as a competition between me and a friend of mine (now my former girlfriend)with the objective to process as many units as possible and climb the hall of fame at top speed.
This game soon involved more than just the two of us, and it was now I joined the robotech seti project thanks to "the robotech page" (not the robotech.com).
one of the people, (he is in the robotech seti project too as mR toMte, I think), started cheating.
That was handeled by me and some friends of mine.
His method doesn't work any more so we can all feel safe that the units credited today are real processed ones.

I respect all but one seti member, all robotech seti project members, and especially some robotech seti project members.
Those are; Telegnir, allways on top of the list, olsonk, mentioned on the robotech page, Rcon my rival who I have been racing with several times, S0urcerr0r, a really faithful person, Helle, my beloved girlfriend, Captain JLS, old Robotech fan, and last but not least, robotech, the unknown founder of the group.

Now adays i have quit seti@home classig and am now hookd up with the BOINC system.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Do I really have to say more than the prophecy has allready stated?
