I'm from Athens, Greece and I'm 27 years old.
I have finished my studies on Electrical Enigneering and more specifically in Renewable Energy Sources. My hobbies are sports (soccer, basketball), music, movies, computers, literature, hanging out with friends and excursions.
I like what we are doing here in the SETI program. It's good for humanity and its future in space.... |

I think that extraterrestrial life exists, because simply there is too much space out there and I think is out of question that we are alone in that.
Moreover, we (the human race) should transmit a beacon to other civilisations.
But there is a problem in that. Most people aren't ready yet to accept this kind of actions as well as their consequenecies.
So, people have to be fully informed and educated in a way to understand the situation and the meaning of these actions.
I run the SETI@home program to contribute to the vast work that has to be done. I think the project is going well but it needs more publicity.
