I am a computer programmer by day and a hockey dad by night. I have 3 networked windows machines and a unix machine sitting here idle during the day and thought I would put them to use. I love messing around with the computers when I am not spending time with my wife and son. My son plays hockey and we just love that sport.

As for submitting a picture - you didn't really want to break your browser did you? Didn't think so! I do have a picture of all my machines with a familiar homepage onscreen.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I don't think life exists "out there". If it does, I am not sure it would be a good thing to come in contact with "it". I do think the concept behind SETI@Home is fascinating and that is why I have my machines running their software. What a great idea to harness idle processing power!
