Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I deffintly believe there is more then just us people in space .I don't know if it are highly intelligence creatures or maybe very stupid creatures who haven't had the evolution that we people had.

The benefits is to develop more scientific knowledge about cleaner energy sources and maybe cures for illnesses. But that is also the danger there could be viruses and bacteria that could destroy the whole human population because it is unknown to human defense.

I think we should let others find us but on a safe way like sending of a signal from mars. So the "aliens" aren't gonna go directly to earth but are close enough to study. The information that we could send is very diffecult to say because we don't know what kind of radio waves they could pick up or if they have transmitters.

I run seti@home to give a contribution to science and because human should explore more than just our solarsystem and because i am very intrested in space. I find that the project must get more support from governements all over the world so that we have more computer power to crunch all the signals we recieve.

My only suggestion is that there comes a column about computers that we can use at home.I mean how whe can fasten up our computers and which processors are the fastet to crunch messages.
