Personal background
I'm not good at filling these things out, but here's something...

I currently reside in St. Paul, MN, I'm 24 years old, I'm a "Web Content Specialist" which is basically a data entry person for my company's website (www.navarre.com), My hobbies include (but are not limited to) relaxing/sleeping, playing computer games, watching TV/Movies, listening to Music, driving around in my Camaro Z28, NASCAR...

And attempting to find FREE stuff via the Internet, or ways of making "easy" money.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I do think extraterrestrial life exists. We will have our first encounter with aliens when we invent the warp drive. (Laughing...) Possible benefits/dangers? Well, I think they will either destroy us completely, or befriend us.

2. Why not transmit a beacon. Go nuts... We should send them information on how to build one of those machines that were shown in the movie Contact.

3. I run SETI@home because I strongly believe that there's got to be something else out there, and our technology just hasn't found it yet. It looks like we got all this data to process and not enough computer power to do it. I think this program is great because it gives us a chance to lend a helping hand in making (quite possibly) the greatest discovery of all time.
