I don´t believe in ETs, but I don´t see any problem with this research. In fact, I think it´s useful to prove the not existence them. Should humans transmit a beacon for others to find? I think we should look at some humans problems first. Listening is good enough. Why do you run SETI@home? R.: Why not?
