Yes, I beleive that there is life else where other than on Earth.
Will we ever discover it? . . . eventualy we will discover them or they will discover us, it is just a mater of time. There is a whole lot of space out there and I feel that there is now way that Humans are the only ones living in it.
Should we transmit a beacon for other to find? Well that opens up a whole different topic for debate, one that I will not get into right now.
