Francesco Grasso,received the degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Florence, Italy, in 2000.
He is currently a Ph. D. student at the Departments of Electronics and Telecommunications, University of Florence, Italy.
His interests are in the high-frequency high-efficiency power converters, electric circuit symbolic simulation , neural networks and fault diagnosis.
La televisione potrebbe fare moltissimo per diffondere la cultura (non solo scientifica): entrando capillarmente nelle case potrebbe seminare stimoli, “accendere†cervelli, favorire nuovi interessi. Creare comunque la consapevolezza dell’importanza della conoscenza ( e quindi dell’impegno ad investire nel suo sviluppo).
Tutto questo si scontra frontalmente con una realtà paradossale: la televisione “va dove la porta il soldoâ€. Più è alto l’indice d’ascolto più aumentano gli introiti pubblicitari. Gli alti ascolti, però, li fanno i varietà e le telenovelas, non i programmi culturali. Quindi.....
