I just like to keep my room warm from the CPU heat. Seriously I do not doubt the possibility of other sentient life, but my intuitions concerning the SETI project are somewhat less positive. On the grand scale of things, we have been listening to an infinitesimal fraction of space for an infinitesimaly small amount of time. Can you say wishful thinking?
