It all started a long time ago. I was swimming along with a few hundred thousand other spermazoid, but I was the strongest and fastest swimmer. Good thing, too, 'cause you should have seen those other poor suckers. Boy, the world doesn't need any more of those types. |
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
Based purely upon probability and statistical theories, extraterrestrial life must exist.
Humans should send a beacon message that states: All your base are belong to us.
I run SETI@Home because one morning I woke up in an empty field with implants in my head and I want those silly spacemen to come back and take them out. Sometimes I question whether or not this is just a waste of time. It's like using a pinpoint laser that only reflects the color green to scan a prison yard for escapees. I suggest we start sending out beacon messages of our own. |
