I think extraterrestrial life exists. i think that they will rather find us first. a possible bennefit is that we could learn a lott from them.
dangers, look at our history how violent it is, if they see us going to explore maybe they will be thinking of elimating that threat.
i run seti@home because i think there is life out there.
it is a good thing the project i mean.
